We just make ONE SIZE blaster. It holds a hundred and fifty pounds of blast sand.  It will blast anything from soda to shotgun shot.  If you need a smaller one don't put much abrasive in it.  If you need a bigger one then fill it up more often.

We offer 1/2" or 3/4" blast hose in different lenghts with each blaster.

We always include two nozzles. Your choice of sizes. Hoods and Filters are extra if you need them.

150 lbs of blast sand equals 1.5 cupic feet of blast media.

With a 3/32nd nozzle with at least 7.5 cfm @ 80 psi it will for one and one half hours between fill up.

Also you can blast ANY media using up to a 1/4" nozzle for really big jobs. 

We stock FOUR SIZES OF NOZZLES

              3/32nd; 1/8th; 3/16th and 1/4 inch nozzles. 

They each require a certain necessary VOLUME of air:

7.5cfm; 17cfm; 38cfm; and 68cfm

respectively @ 80 psi.

       THE SIZE OF YOUR STORAGE TANK OR VERY HIGH PRESSURE IS NOT IMPORTANT.  How much volume of air you constantly deliver to the blaster is what dictates what nozzle you can use.  Look at your compressor; read the nomenclature plate. How much CFM do you have available?

Note: With the smallest nozzle you can clean nearly one square foot per minute and you will blast for an hour and a half on one tank full of blast sand.

     The TexasBlaster tank has a 1.5 cu. ft. capacity, and an easy pour in funnel for fast loading.  It has heavy pipe fixtures with over-size connections and is powder coated to give the tool a long lasting, good looking finish. This product will last for years and years. The wheels are 10" X 2" solid rubber so there's no worries about flat tires.

     We offer 1/2" hose with a 10 ft or a 20 ft option.  Or we offer a 3/4" with 20 ft or 30 ft option.
